If you mix yoga, creative art, mindfulness, and a whole lot of fun all together, you will find it at Just Breathe Yoga’s Kids Summer Camp!
Your children will move, play, balance, create, laugh, and relax. Their bodies will be stretched and strengthened and their minds will learn how yoga can help them creatively and compassionately express themselves. Each day will include a balance of movement and stillness, and be filled with fun, laughter and togetherness. Children will learn to love their bodies, calm their minds, and engage with their peers. Our summer camp will be infused with yoga movement, music, breath work, mindfulness games/activities, story telling, concentration and focus techniques, meditation, crafts and free play.
