Important notes for aerial
students:
-No tanks or sleeveless
tops
-No jewelry,
buckles, hair clips, zippers or anything that could tear the
fabric hammock
-Avoid loose, flowy
clothing that could twist and bind up in the fabric
hammock
-Avoid eating or drinking
immediately prior to class; a full stomach is not recommended when
inverting
-Please practice good
personal hygiene, avoid fragrances and products that could stay on
fabric hammock after you leave
