Chair yoga offers all of the benefits of traditional yoga
postures using a chair as a prop to explore variations of the
postures to make them more accessible and support safe and
effective alignment. Options will be offered to students throughout
class to make postures more chasllenging or easeful as desired.
Each class will incorporate yoga practices to help improve
strength, flexibility, posture, balance, breathing, and resiliency
in times of stress. All are welcome, no experience
needed.
