In this 45 minute class, we dive deep into upper body work, recruit our core for support and of course, shape our glutes! Perfect for anyone looking to tone and sculpt the body with a focus on our arms + glutes. Our glutes are our largest muscle group in our bodies; giving them extra love and attention will increase the efficacy of our classic barre workouts, reduce back pain and help us maintain a high quality of everyday life.
