Are you a beginner or want a refresh? Wendy is hosting a SUP Paddle class just for you! Come and learn proper paddle techniques and safety protocols. This particular class is JUST paddling, NO yoga. This is a perfect class to make you feel confidnet in a SUP Yoga class!

We will meet at Christie Lake Conservation area, it is located on HWY 5, address is:1000 ON-5, Dundas, ON L9H 5E2. We meet at the Marina Pavillion, as you enter the park and hit the stop sign you turn left and go all the way until you hit a parking lot, you will see one of the instructors with the boards nearby the Marina Pavillion.
There is a one time fee each time you come to the park, or admission with your Hamilton Conservation Pass.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session so we can be on the water on time! Any further questions please let us know.
There is a chance of falling in but the boards are VERY stable and secure. You will have time at the end of the practice to paddle and try some more yoga poses. It is recommended that you bring a towel for afterwards as you will get a little bit wet by just lying on the boards. It will be sunny out there so wear a hat and sunscreen. It is best to wear water resistant clothing like a rash guard or something similar, some people wear bathing suits underneath shorts and a tank, but do wear whatever you are comfortable in.
