Class Description: This upbeat, fun and total-body workout pairs sweaty bouts of cardio with light weight high repitition sculpting, causing your heart-rate to soar and muscles to catch fire! Recommended Equipment: yoga mat, 1 moderate pair of weights (8-10lbs), 1 lighter pair of weights (3-6lbs) 1 blue or green abductor band, 1 small Pilates ball, chair/bench, yoga block.
