This two hour workshop will address some basics of how you can
apply principles of sport training plan management to your practice
for better results and recovery. Erinina will present some
structure, exercise science, and common training strategies, and
then you'll have a chance to practice designing your own plan and
ask questions. The workshop will be available in person and
virtually.
Erinina Marie Ness, CSCS has been a professional aerialist and
coach for over a decade and has had the privilege to coach and
perform around the world. Early in her career, the lack of
accurate, available information on why aerialists train the way we
do, drove her to start researching exercise science. She is a
Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA,
which is a fancy way to say she's studied and is certified to train
athletes for their specific sport. She also just completed her
RYT 200 hour training.
