About Kristian: Kristian has an athletic background and a strong interest in health and wellness. Currently studying for her Masters in Exercise Science, she enjoys blending classical and contemporary Pilates to engage her clients in a workout that will change their bodies for the better.

When you enroll in a recorded group class, you will have access to the On Demand class in your Wellness Living account no later than 6pm on the day of the class. Videos will expire after 36 hours in your account. You will need to log into your profile in Wellness Living via desktop or laptop computer to access the video. Videos are not accessible on mobile devices at this time.
