Perfect for the experienced Pilates client who wants to dig deeper in the work, this class teaches you different ways of approaching your practice by adding in variations and themes to help you stay focused and keep learning. The pace of class is based on the needs of each week’s participants and can vary from a slower but focused pace to a faster, energizing practice.
