This is a combined group workout for college and professional athletes. These small groups are built for athletes to push each other to grow through high level drills and a competitive lense. Sessions are high intensity with low numbers to ensure individualized attention. The goal is to get a high volume of quality reps. Our curriculum is based in game situations and game skills. We focus on moving without the ball, making game reads, creating seperation, ball security and scoring options in a team concept. From the GRIND up!
