This moderately paced class integrates components from both classical and contemporary approaches to Pilates to provide an efficient workout. With Kristian’s guidance, you’ll learn how to both challenge and listen to your body to maximize your results. Perfect for a Pilates student who has had some experience with Pilates and who wants to grow their practice and continue to see their body change in a fun and energizing setting.
