For young yogis (ages 6-13), this fun-filled class will allow kids to practice different yoga poses and sequences, play fun and challenging yoga-style games, learn simple partner poses, and learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief. Themes such as peace, respect, gratitude & acceptance will be introduced. This class provides a fun filled way for kids to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. (Non-heated)
