How about some Kickboxing, 30 MoE style? Christy will be
offering a cardio kickboxing class on Wednesdays at 5:30PM. You can
expect tons of energy and stress relieving punches and kicks, but
no complicated choreography. Just like our other classes, the
kickboxing class will progress as you get stronger and more
familiar with the movements. Same registration and protocols as any
30MoE class, sign up ahead of time & go through all the Covid
procedures.
