Norm Church, the Griffin Club’s certified TRX Trainer will be providing an introductory TRX (Total Body Resistance Suspension Training) course. TRX works three planes of the body simultaneously, it leads to greater Spinal Core stability, joint stability, balance, coordination and range of motion, muscle endurance and functional strength. The beauty of the TRX is it can be accommodated to any fitness level from beginner to super advanced.
TRX Cardio Tennis Program: We are in the second round of our TRX Cardio Tennis Program. The Program is 8 weeks long. Classes are held on Thursdays at 7:00am. Classes run for 90 min. The class includes 45 min of TRX Suspension Training followed by 45 min of cardio tennis drills.
