The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means "To put in a special place" Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing style that is paced by the breath. It's versatility and maleability makes it a wonderful medium for students of yoga to build strength, flexibility, focus, endurance and mindfullness. Vinyasa and Meditation is a class for students who already understand the basics of Vinyasa and are ready to work with fun new flows and novel poses. Expect to break a sweat!
This class ends with a meditation. Start off your Sunday with a little something for the mind AND the body!
This class is held in our Surya Small Group classroom. Enrollment is limited. Please register if you plan to attend. If you must cancel your registration please do so as early as possible to make room for another student.
