Must have taken atleast one pole class with us previously or
contact jess@pole-fly.com before coming in if you
are visiting from another studio.
Open Pole is Studio time for you to practice the moves you
learned during your weekly classes.You can use any resistance
bands, foam rollers, bosu balls, weights, straps or blocks to
condition with. There is no instructor, you are responsible for
your own warm ups and are working out at your own pace without
assistance. There is likely a hoop or flygym classes going on
during this time, and if so it can only be used for Pole
practice.
