INTRO TO POLE IS REQUIRED BEFORE ATTENDING
FUNDAMENTALS
Pole FUNdamentals classes will teach you all the classic spins
and floorwork that will become your building blocks in advanced
classes. We will start conditioning your body to create muscle
memory that will having you holding up your own body weight and
climbing the pole in no time !!
These classes are not a weekly series, you can drop in to class at anytime.

Everyones journey is uniquely their own and students
will move through the course at their own pace, be it 12 weeks or
12 months. Advanced pole students are encourage to revisit
FUNdamental classes on occasion to brush up on skills and become
inspired for transitions during performances!
