<p><strong>Our Stroller Bootcamp caters to all mamas (pregnant, new mamas and mamas with stroller aged children) and all fitness abilities! We will incorporate cardio, strength and core in our interval style classes utilizing your bodyweight, props and of course, your baby and stroller! </strong></p>
<p><strong>Please consult your doctor before starting any workout class and new moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for C-sections) and pregnant mamas must provide clearance from your doctor to attend. </strong></p>
