Discover Morning Yoga with Elise Ure – Mornings are a special
time to wake our bodies and minds. Morning Yoga is the perfect way
to start the day! This full yoga practice offers an opportunity for
you to ease in, slowly building on breath and asana for a
well-rounded practice.
It is taught by holding traditional postures and moving
between postures without sun salutations or flow. It is great for
beginners as well as more experienced yoga instructors.
This class is led online through Zoom, we encourage you to listen to your body and modify to maintain safety within your practice. This is a Virtual Live interactive class and Elise will be able to help provide modifications.
