This 200-Hour training is based on ancient teachings and modern wisdom. Primary focus on alignment, breathing, meditation and philosophy. This is a physically and mentally demanding program. It will require a strong commitment and personal sacrifice, as well as the support of the student’s primary support network. We emphasize that this program may not be for everyone. Upon successful and 100% completion of the Flux Teacher Training, you will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certificate which will qualify you to apply for RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) status through Yoga Alliance.
200-Hour Training Includes:
- Detailed alignment and cueing of a well-rounded yoga class
- Yoga philosophy and ethics
- Yoga anatomy & physiology
- Pranayama practices
- How to lead meditation
- How to observe students’ bodies and give what is needed
- How to create your most authentic life through practicing and teaching yoga
- Discover your authentic voice as a teacher
- How to clear and ground yourself so you can then hold the space for others
- The business of teaching yoga, standards and ethics
2022 Teacher Training Dates:

4 Wednesdays:

Requirements:
- Have been practicing yoga or meditation for at least 3 months
- Be free of debilitating injuries or illness going into the program
- Attend 100% of every session
- Be open to learning in new ways
