The Fundamental Performance program is designed to teach basic athletic skills to students ages 8-11 while creating a fun, positive atmosphere. The program helps students develop:
  • Coordination
  • Strength
  • Balance
  • Flexibility

During the Fundamental Performance program, core skills are taught with different exercises, activities, and games than in our Acceleration and Competitive programs. This is done to reinforce correct technique while catering to shorter attention spans of youth athletes. The program consists of 60-minute sessions, which the students attend between 2-3 times in a week.
