Join Lisa as she teaches this Vinyasa Flow class. Over the next several weeks Lisa will explore a yoga series called “The Warrior Within” which will consist of building your fundamental muscle memory with the Sun Salutations and the famous Virabhadrasana (Warrior pose). Not only will you experience the physical aspect of the practice, but you will also be working on inspiring your own inner Warrior to emerge. This last year has tested us time and time again but we will rise like Warriors.
