Designed for our intermediate
yoga students (at least one year experience), this class is not
simply a yoga “work out,” but rather focuses on deepening the
student's understanding and experience of yoga. This class will
work on refining the practice of the basic asanas (postures) and
introduce more advanced asanas such as inversions and back bending.
In addition, students will gain a deeper understanding of pranayama
(breath work) and its benefits to the practice of yoga.
