Viniyoga is a style of Hatha yoga and a form of Yoga Therapy. It is designed to bring wholeness back into the body combining breath with movement.
There are 4 things that differentiate Viniyoga from other styles of yoga:
1. The use of repetition into and out of postures in addition to holding postures.
2. The emphasis on function rather than form in asana practice, and the science of adapting the forms of the postures to achieve different results

4. The refined art and science of combination which allows teachers to create sequences of different orientation, length, and intensity to suit the intention.
Preregistration is required for all classes.
Cancellation is required at least 2 hours prior to class to allow students on the waitlist to join. Please check out our full cancellation policy here.
Waitlist: If the class is sold out, ALWAYS Sign up for the waitlist. If someone cancels, you will receive an email to confirm you would like to attend the class. You do need to select “confirm” in order to be included.
Those who are registered will be notified by email and text (if we have your correct contact information) if there are any changes to the class. (i.e. If a teacher is sick, or a location has to be changed for some unforeseen reason, etc...)
Covid-19 Policy:
- Unless otherwise noted in the class description, masks are optional for fully vaccinated individuals.
- If you are not fully vaccinated, we request you continue to wear a mask at all times for your protection, as well as, the protection of any other unvaccinated individuals in the room.
- We continue to ask that you stay home and rest or enjoy one of our VIRTUAL classes if you are feeling under the weather.
- We will continue to maintain--at a minimum--all CDC, state, and local guidelines for your safety.
