Mitt & Pad work
Offensive & defensive drills
Students will learn how to hold mitts and Thai pads correctly, learn kickboxing fundamentals and learn how to apply combinations and drills learned to practical situations. A strong emphasis will be placed on basic fundamentals such as foot work, proper guard, stance, progressive combinations and number systems. Students can expect light contact in a friendly controlled environment and comfortably sized classes to ensure instructor guidance.
Students of all levels who are committed to training hard, challenging themselves and getting out of their comfort zone are welcome.
- Gear: Hand Wraps, boxing gloves (NO bag gloves), shin guards, and mouth piece. (cup optional)

Appropriate for students ages 14 and up. Space is limited to 16 people.
Available to clients that monthly or paid in full members at no additional charge. Non-members may purchase the 10-pack class series for $200 that must be used within 3 months.
