<div>Students will learn how to hold mitts and Thai pads correctly, learn kickboxing fundamentals and learn how to apply combinations and drills learned to practical situations. A strong emphasis will be placed on basic fundamentals such as foot work, proper guard, stance, progressive combinations and number systems. Students can expect light contact in a friendly controlled environment and comfortably sized classes to ensure instructor guidance.</div>
