Lenka will help you discover what brings you anxiety and where in your body this negative emotion is. With a gentle meditation called the “Peace Process” where by breathing, listening to your body and Lenka's guidance through the entire process you will get in touch with your inner self. You will be able to ublock what has been staying in a way for you to move forward in your life

This meditation class is all about truly understanding why we feel a certain way and allowing our body and mind to go through the Peace process.
