Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into a natural state of balance and grace. You rest in comfortable, supported positions that balance and restore the body’s energy system. Restorative yoga is about practicing the art of attention and connecting within ourselves. When we slow down we have space to listen and respond appropriately, finding a softer and more grateful side of ourselves.
