Join us in rolling out our mats for a full-body workout utilizing body and/or light-weight(s) to build strength and find more ease in both your yoga practice and day to day life. Open to all levels.

This in-studio class is currently capped at 12 students to provide comfortable distancing. Because space is limited, we ask that you please register for class ahead of time to reserve your spot. If you register for class and do not show up, you will still be charged your session.
