In Sanskrit (the ancient language of the yogis) sthira and sukha mean steadiness and ease, and that's exactly what you can expect to cultivate in this class. Join us in rolling out our mats for a low impact, full-body workout utilizing body and/or light-weight(s) to build strength and find more ease in both your yoga practice and day to day life. Please note that our classes are currently capped to ensure comfortable distancing. Outside of this, we invite everyone (students and teachers alike) to do what feels right for them. Masks are optional. Vaccinations are NOT required.
Because our classes are capped, we recommend that you to register online ahead of time to reserve your spot, and cancel your registration at least an hour before the start of class if you cannot attend. If you register for class and cancel with the hour, or do not show up, you will still be charged your session.
