This class offers a gentle approach, with special attention on providing options and modifications, while still moving through a flowing sequence of postures. The pace of this practice is slow and steady and perfect for those who are new to yoga, have physical limitations, or desire a calm and well balanced class. Open to all levels.

Please note that our classes are currently capped to ensure comfortable distancing. Outside of this, we invite everyone (students and teachers alike) to do what feels right for them. Masks are optional. Vaccinations are NOT required.
Because our classes are capped, we recommend that you to register online ahead of time to reserve your spot, and cancel your registration at least an hour before the start of class if you cannot attend. If you register for class and cancel with the hour, or do not show up, you will still be charged your session.
