We stretch tight muscles and strengthen weak ones. We focus on the movement patterns that are key to daily life, being pain free, and promoting longevity. Because all movement emanates from the core, there is an emphasis on utilizing these key muscles.
The movements start at a beginner level, while progressions are offered for those who are ready.

If you do not have any of the required props listed, you can rent them from the studio for $1/prop/class.We also have a monthly prop rental program. For $10 you can access as many props as you need all month.
We DO NOT rent blankets, so if these are required, please be sure to bring your own.
