This high energy class will get you into your zone with the awesome music and a fast pace. The focus is on interval training, and this is designed to help you achieve multiple outcomes. Whether it be increasing your cardiovascular endurance, improving your overall fitness, burning tons of calories, or adding lower and upper body strength, this class will help you to achieve all the above.
In Rock n’ Row, you will alternate your time between HIIT-style rowing and full body strength training. You will spend half your time on the rower and the other half building even more strength with bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and slam balls.
Don’t forget your water and a towel, you will need it!
