Heather has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and is an Integrated Functional Nutrition Health Coach. Heather’s practice is unique in that she works with clients to find the root cause of their health imbalance from both physical and emotional points of view. When working with Heather, she will support you in developing a healthier relationship with food and your body. Her sessions include techniques for: finding foods that support health and healing in your unique body; stress management; cultivating a supportive inner dialogue and self compassion; and a variety of other tools to support you in achieving optimal health - mind, body and nutrition.
