This vinyasa flow class is powerful, energetic, creative, and fun! You will definitely sweat (the room is heated to 95 degrees). Begins with a meditation then moves into synchronizing breath with movement, including standing, seated & reclining poses, core isolation, inversions & back bends. This class is geared towards the more experienced yogi or a beginner who already leads an active lifestyle. Recommended for students that have attended at least 5 yoga classes.
