Come and experience a flowing Hatha yoga (see Hatha I description) class that focuses on linking breath, movement, and sound. Learn and practice the traditional techniques of: Pranayama (directing of Life Force), Kumbhaka (breath retention), Bandha (energetic locks), Mantra/Nada (chanting externally and internally), Bhavana (visualization/awareness of Life Force), and Dhyana (Meditation). All levels welcome, but helpful to have at least a 6 month practice.
