Yin Yoga is a quiet and slow practice appropriate for all
levels of experience. The poses are held longer with an emphasis on
stretching the fascia and connective tissue, being present and
letting go. The practice allows for stretching and lengthening the
dense connective tissue of the lower back, hips and spine. Yin yoga
seeks to free the joints, release tension and improve the flow of
energy. It's the perfect compliment to your Power/Vinyasa
practice.
