This program will improve and develop fundamental movements, athleticism and multiplaner proficiency in all aspects of fitness including strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, balance, coordination and more.
We follow the principles of long term athletic development where, although we set shorter term goals, we also focus heavily on the long term goals of learning to love being active, improving movement and athletic ability while learning along the way!
Particpants will:
- Develop resilience to injury
- Improve movement quality and athleticism
- Develop fitness aspects in all planes of movement that will help them in everyday life and sport
- Learn exercise/movement techniques
- Learn and develop team work, work ethic and committment
- Develop problem solving skills by being exposed to situations that will require thought, reactions and decision making as they would in sport
Ultimately this is all done in a fun, challenging and competitive environment.
