This group program is geared towards Youth aged 14 and older. Here we will continue to develop and improve movement quality and fundamental movement patterns. Our programming is geared towards building resilience to injury and to help navigate the complications of physical development, however, we also move into the phase of training with intention. We focus on developing all the necessary fitness aspects (including power, strength, speed and agility, coordination etc) and physical qualities that will allow our clients to potentially excel at their sport or activity of choice.
We train the body in all planes of movement and as it is designed to move and function. We also pride ourselves on having developed a competitive, yet non intimidating environment that allows each participant to challenge themselves and improve.
We work with athletes and non-athletes alike. Anyone who is committed, wants to train their body the right way, build resilience to injury, train to perform, be challenged, have fun and learn at the same time is welcome in our program.
