Join David for a 45-minute class focused on unifying body, mind and spirit through 'Pranayama and Meditation.' Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing the mind by shaping the breath, often used as a preparation for meditation. In this class, you will practice ancient methods for shaping the breath, and learn the benefits of each method. You will also learn about different meditative approaches you can choose in the quest to calm your 'SQUIRREL!' mind. Together, pranayama and meditation will provide a whole host of healing physical and mental benefits, which can only be obtained by showing up!
