If you're looking to gain knowledge of yoga’s transformative qualities this workshop is for you.
To achieve the higher states of consciousness where the mind is stilled and enabled for transformation, Mindful Meditation practices three essential skills: concentration, present moment awareness and positive emotional expression.
This Mindful Meditation workshop is designed to provide the experience of inspiration, internalization and integration. In other words, it takes you through a transformation cycle. You will note that similar to asana (physical poses), it is a present moment practice. We will also briefly introduce The Eight Limbs of Yoga (Purifications).
We hope you can come out and enjoy your sangha (community) . There will be time for sharing and questions.
