Pole Combos (Beginner: Level 2)
This class will dive deeper into pole fitness by introducing pose combinations. You will learn how to combine poses and build a simple pole routine. Each week will focus on pose alignment and a few specific pose combos. There will also be time at the end of class for to play and expore pose combos on your own.

Min Enrollment Per Class: 3 Max Enrollment Per Class: 10
Classes will be canceled if they do not reach the minimum registration requirement.
You will be informed of this cancelation at least 60 minutes before class.

You are welcome to bring your own yoga props and mat but we also have some you may use.
