Ready for movement beyond gentle and open level classes? Vinyasa is designed for students who feel challenged to practice in a purposeful and practical way. Classes will vary in focus between standing, twisting, hip opening, and back bending asanas. Redefine the edge of your practice in a safe and supported way!
This class is open to all levels of abilities, even new yogi’s, however, some fitness or yoga experience is recommended due to the heat.
This class is heated to 85-90F.
You must bring your own yoga mat. Studio props are available for use however you are welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing bottled water to stay hydrated, as well as a towel.
Level 2: Open level with modifications for beginners or amplifications for experienced yogis. Classes focus on alignment within postures, as well as focus on the movements between them. Props are often used as well as being optional. Experience is not required but recommended.
