An all-levels class that begins with gentle movement and transitions to a nourishing relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra). In this two part class, we seek to find balance between movement (actively affecting the flow of energy in the body) and turning inward (in stillness, observing the flow of energy in the body). This practice intends to guide the student to an experience of wholeness and bliss. This is an ideal practice for anyone who wants to relieve stress, is new to yoga, or regular practitioners who just want to slow it down.
