Alignment Based Yoga – This class is intended
to help you dig a bit deeper into the specific details of the
alignment of a yoga poses and is a great class for who prefer
more structure and less 'flow' to their practice.
It is a good class to learn foundational poses as the focus is
on alignment. You will move with intention from pose to pose,
holding each one a bit longer to feel your body in the pose and
check-in with the instruction of the alignment points given.
