Flow Yoga – In Flow Yoga, we will connect breath to movement and each pose will flow from one
pose into the next.
This class will move at a slightly faster pace than a moderate or gentle flow class. You will be instructed to follow your body's signals, understanding that each day is unique and our movement in that day will also be unique.
Flow yoga allows you a bit more freedom with your poses and gives you a greater sense of your body’s movement in space.
