Gentle Flow Yoga – If you like the movement of a Vinyasa Flow
class, but the pace seems a bit too active, this class is perfect
for you! We will still flow with a breath-centered connection, but
at a pace a bit more mindful and yes, slower.
You will move in and out of poses gently and be given cues to
assist you in safe alignment, then choose the option best suited
for you so you receive the
most benefit from the pose.

Options will be given to allow you to let the pose suit your body and then end class with a wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating savasana!
