Options will be given for
modifications, but this class is intended to build strength and is
held in a heated room (typically high 80's and low 90 degrees).
Poses & transitions are challenging, this class is for more
experienced yogi's looking for an active, challenging flow
class.
Heated Active/Strengthening Flow Yoga – This
class is a Flow style with the room temperature a bit warmer than
usual, be prepared to move and to sweat!
The warmer temperature allows the body to adapt more quickly
to the movement and potentially get more deeply into poses as well
as sweat out the toxins.
This class is intended for yogis that have a steady practice
and a strong understanding of the poses as we will move through
them with less instruction on details.
Due to the increased room
temperature, it is not intended for those newer to yoga or with
health conditions such as high blood pressure.
