childbirth, variations of normal and possible complications that
could arise.Together we will explore how to feel confident and less
fearful of the unknowns which accompany every birth. We explore why
many women want to attempt a non-medicated birth, and how the
partner can assist in supporting and caring for the Mama during her
birth journey. You and your partner will learn how to be more
engaged and less overwhelmed with your birth. You will learn about
Informed Consent and will develop strategies of coping based on
knowledge of the process of birth and alternatives. In these
classes we will discuss topics and birth beliefs that may not be
addressed in a hospital based classes while still providing
evidence based information. By learning in an experiential and
creative way, your birth can become an empowering and enjoyable
experience. Jenny's hope is that you will look forward to the birth
of your baby with excitement and joy and that it will be a memory
