This series provides space and time to explore the different aspects of ourselves through physical movement. We will take time to explore where we are holding tension and how to let-it-go in the Release class. In the Range class we will play with the ways we like to move and expand into new territory. Energy class is about exploring the correlation of physical threshold and regulating energy flow and how we feel about it. And Connection class will be an opportunity to experience how all 4 of these classes complement one another.
What to expect:
Explore: Release – Muscle tension release though ball rolling
Explore: Range – Tricking our muscle memory by adding weights to
our yoga moves
Explore: Energy – Target muscle group exercises to elevate our
cardio response
Explore: Connection – A Somatic and Yoga class with a focus on
breath
