A unique and challenging experience utilizing kickboxing
elements combined with cardio to tone the body, build stamina, and
improve coordination + balance. Expect a fun high intensity
full body workout, synced to the beat of the music. Class begins
with “food for thought” and ends with a restorative + encouraging
cool down. This class will not only strengthen your body; it will
strengthen your mental muscles too! All fitness levels &
identities are welcome! Please bring a water bottle, a mat, and a
(optional) pair of weights for an extra challenge.
