This athletic conditioning class uses suspension trainers and
kettlebell exercises to focus on developing a strong and stable
core, hips, shoulders, back and abs. Perfect for athletes
training for sport, post re-hab, weight loss, general fitness
and/or to prepare the body for bigger lifts and lifestyle
challenges. This class is more intermediate than some of our other
classes and participants should have a basic level of fitness
to get the most out of the class
